GANGTOK: Travelling long-distance in India during the winter months can be tricky business. Ruud Gullit found that out the hard way. The Dutch star reached Gangtok for the Super Soccer event late on Saturday evening, but after a long and arduous journey.
Gullit, who was captain of the Netherlands team which won the Euro '88 crown, leads the star cast of Sunday's match between a World XI and Baichung Bhutia's United Sikkim FC at the Palzor Stadium.

Gullit apart, the other big name to be seen in action on the morrow is Christian Karembeu, a member of the French 1998 World Cup-winning squad. Karembeu managed to reach on Friday, but Gullit and the others were not so lucky a day after.
